My name is Barbara Brown, and I am the owner of Integrity Woodworking. I chose the name Integrity Woodworking because I wanted my commitment to quality work and honest dealings to be the first thing you see. I'm committed to your satisfaction, and I stand behind all my work.

I have been working with my hands since I was 12 years old, and am knowledgeable in many different media, including ceramics, stained glass, metalsmithing, leatherworking, jewelry-making, enameling and, of course, woodworking. I did my furniture-making studies at North Bennet Street School, the oldest trade school in America and one of our premier woodworking programs. This training enables me to adapt time-honored methods of furniture construction to every piece I make.

In this world of assembly-line products, my goal is to create the ultimate in customization - whatever that means to you, the customer. That could include custom colors to match your decor, custom sizes, custom carving, monograms, stained glass, mosaics and any number of other details. My goal is to take the inkling of an idea in your head, and turn it into exactly the piece of furniture or cabinetry that you envisioned. Whether you are a design professional or an individual planning your first project, my goal is to turn your vision into reality.
